Today went to Aleena Fruits & Vegetables, a fruit and vegetable store in the Mahadevpura area in Bangalore, Karnataka, which is one of our first users. He has been serving customers in the neighbourhood for the last 10 years with all his dedication and hard work. He is serving around 500+ families in 6-8 communities which all are in his shop’s proximity.

Keeping this in mind, we decided to visit one of our very first users and ask him if he is facing any issues while using Zopnote – Billing, Accounting and Collection App. What he had shared, has amazed us and we want to share the same with you.

When we had asked him about how his business is going on. He said, “like all other businesses regular footfall has decreased drastically but my overall business has grown”.  His answers had made us super excited and asked him to explain in detail. 

Without any hesitation, he started to explain his side’s story. He told us, due to covid, he was getting only a few walk-in orders a day but as he has regular customers, he had made an easy way to place their orders. They can send him the list over WhatsApp or inform him about their needs over the phone and he’ll deliver the same to their doorstep. Because of this convenience, people could place orders without leaving their home and also referring him to their friends and neighbours who all are living in the society. The way he was handling his business operations was commendable. The next thing that struck in our mind that how he is handling his Bahikahta most of his orders are online and we asked him that if he was facing any challenges to do so? 

Again his reply had shocked us, he said, “Not at all. As I’m using Zopnote, I can maintain all my transactions digitally. I just uploaded the customer details once and updated the bill each and every time they place orders”. 

Then it was time for the most important metrics, Consumer Happiness. We asked him, “Are your customers happy with the process?”

He said, “Yes, they are super happy as they get a digital bill each and every time whenever they place an order and whenever they are paying the money they can pay at their ease with different online payments modes like UPI, Net Banking, Cards and most importantly it’s transparent as the consumer can see when he/she had purchased and what was the amount”. 

We had also asked him about the collection process? In return, he said, “The collection is a cakewalk. I can send payment reminders to my customers via the Zopnote app and they can pay online as I have stated earlier. Now Ramesh (my delivery boy) can concentrate on the delivery itself as I don’t need further assistance from him for collection”. 

The way he was talking about Zopnote had made us feel really happy especially when he mentioned that our app had helped him to grow. He said With Zopnote, his life has become easy. He also added, “Now I manage my business through the Zopnote app and Ramesh helps me for delivering things to my customers on time. Not only this, I have added a few recurring customers who have subscribed for items like vegetables and fruits which Recurring orders for home delivery and the convenience of placing orders and tracking and making the payment is much appreciated by my customers.
